Our connection matters.
I believe mental health care should be thoughtful, accessible, and deeply human. My work centers on providing evidence-based, compassionate therapy that meets people where they are, honors their lived experience, and supports meaningful, lasting change. By integrating clinical expertise with a relational, whole-person approach, I help my clients build clarity, resilience, and agency in their lives.
I take a modern approach.
I blend clinical understanding with warmth, flexibility, and collaboration. I recognize that no two people are the same, and treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and life context.
Sessions are grounded in research while remaining adaptive, relational, and responsive to the realities of modern life. Approaches utilized in sessions include:
Psychodynamic therapy
Evidenced based approaches: ACT, CBT, DBT
Internal Family Systems (parts work)
Mindfulness based approaches
What you can expect:
We’ll have an initial consultation.
Before setting up a first appointment, we will have a short phone consultation that will allow me to learn more about what you’re looking for out of therapy, what main issues you are hoping to work on, and make sure we’re a good fit to work together.
This is also a great opportunity to answer any questions you may have for me. The phone consultation process typically takes about 15-20 minutes.
I’ll send over new client forms.
Using a secure portal, I will send you new client consent and intake forms to fill out before our first session.
We’ll have our first session together.
This time will be spent gaining a global picture of what your day-to-day life looks like, what relationships matter most to you, learning about your culture and background, and gaining a clear picture of what you hope to work on in therapy. This session will help you identify what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve your personal and professional goals.
Throughout therapy, we will work toward your goals and continue to check in to make sure it feels like we are on the right track.
Frequently Asked Questions

How long you choose to come to therapy really depends on what you’re looking for from this space and what issues you are hoping to work on. There is no set length of time therapy lasts for—rather this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Together, we will keep track of your goals and make sure we are moving toward them in a way that feels right for you.

Therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, and my rate is $240 for a 50 minute hour. Depending on your specific financial needs, I offer a small number of sliding scale spots.

While I am not a member of any insurance panels, many managed care or insurance companies will reimburse you for payments made to "out of network" behavioral health providers. If you have a PPO plan, Flexible Health Spending Plan, Health Savings Account or insurance plan that pays for out of network providers, I can provide you with an end of month statement to submit for reimbursement.

Psychotherapy sessions must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid a charge for the time. Generally I give one “get out of jail free card” for the first late cancellation. Further late cancellations will be charged for the full session fee, unless we are able to reschedule the session the week of the cancellation.
